What age group is the jewelry appropriate for?

Our jewelry is age appropriate for girls between the ages of 8 to 13.

How long are you subscriptions?

Subscription length is your choice. We offer subscription plans for 3, 6 and 12 months.

Are Lassie Boxes returnable?

Unfortunately no, Lassie Boxes are not returnable. In the case of a manufacturers defect, a replacement item will be delivered to you.

Can I cancel my Lassie Box?

Yes, you can schedule a cancellation before the end of your subscription. When the final box ships, your subscription will be cancelled.

Will my Lassie Box auto-renew?

Yes, all Lassie Box subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you previous schedule a cancellation.
